Hayden
An experienced certified plumber and the owner of the business. Hayden wears many hats but his most worn and most loved hat is the one he wears on the tools. He likes the physicality of plumbing projects and loves to get stuck in. As a real people person he enjoys interacting with his customers and creating authentic professional relationships with the people he comes across. He is described as hardworking, honest, friendly, and reliable.
Jono
An up and coming tradesman, Jono is the first hire of HMS Plumbing. He is now 5 years experienced and building a great foundation of skills and knowledge. He is courteous and always shows respect when working in people's homes, and he gets the job done in a timely manner with great communication. Jono enjoys the hard work, so if you see him working through break time, don't worry too much, he does it often. He is described as hardworking, respectful, clear and focused.
Jay
Already a qualified tradesman, Jay is the second addition to the HMS Plumbing team. Having built a strong foundation through his apprenticeship, Jay is now working towards his Certification, which will further grow his knowledge and skills in plumbing and drainlaying. He brings a hardworking attitude and clear, direct communication to every job, so when Jay shows up, you know the work will be done well. He is described as hardworking, no-nonsense, communicative and always keen to get stuck in.
